Alex did a great job on our roller shades! We are very pleased at how they turned out, they make our space look even more beautiful! At first I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go as far as the style of shade. He has many options to choose from and doesn't rush you into choosing something that you may regret in the end. He makes it a point to let you know that if at any time something needs to be fixed he will be there to make it right for you. We appreciate that! They have plenty of choices and color options for every taste and budget.
Installation went very smooth and he made sure everything worked before he left. He even cleaned up the sawdust from where he drilled for the installation!

I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ Alex and his wife are incredible. He gave us so many options and the final product is gorgeous! Alex not only came out for the consultation and installation but came out several additional times (at no cost) to install temporary blinds and take the blinds up in down as we had new windows installed.
He’s so patient, kind, respectful and very reasonably priced. Definitely my #1 recommendation!

If you are looking for the best window coverings with the best service, THIS IS THE PLACE! I bought my blinds about 18 years ago and they are still keeping them working perfectly! Last year we used this fantastic company to build and install our basement shutters. They still look beautiful. Alex was amazing to work with and left us no doubts about the quality of our new shutters. We worked with another shutter company for our upstairs and they did an awful job. So regretful. I wish I would have used Fashion Windows for all of my window treatments.
